MEET THE ARTISTS

After graduating from the Aveda Institute of Chicago, I started my career off here at Gordon Salon. I am most passionate about doing color, from highlights and balayage to intense coppers and fashion colors, I love it all. Before I decided to pursue beauty school I was an engineering major at Marquette University. That background in science is what made me fascinated by the science behind doing hair and color theory. The creative element of this career is what made me stay because there are endless possibilities of what you can do so I never get bored. I am eager to continue to master any and every skill I can to achieve the desired result of my guest while maintaining the integrity of their hair. My top priority is always to make my guests feel confident and refreshed when they leave the salon. To keep myself happy and healthy so that I can perform my job to the best of my capabilities, I love to go on long walks with my dog, read, listen to music, cook and watch movies at home with my boyfriend.
