Noelani is a born and raised Chicagoan who has been involved in the beauty industry her entire life. Being a 2023 Steven PapaGeorge Hair Academy Graduate, she is so excited to build her clientele and create a safe space for her clients. She is a curly girl herself, and loves educating people on how to style and wear their natural curls! Some of her other passions include grey blending, highlights, and textured haircuts.
