Stylists begin their careers at Gordon as Emerging Artists. Then comes the Professional Level, where they continue honing their skills after completing our rigorous training program. As they progress, they move into the Master Level, typically reached after several years of full-time work and continued education. From there, they graduate to the Senior Level, where there are multiple sub-levels. These stylists are regarded as seasoned experts and mentors to newer stylists. At the top are our elite artists—stylists with the longest tenure and the strongest track records in guest satisfaction, performance, and leadership.

Between each of these main levels, we have interim steps (for example: Master 1 and Master 2), allowing stylists to grow and receive recognition more frequently throughout their careers. This nuanced system ensures that price changes for guests are gradual and justified by proven growth, not arbitrary titles.
